AtticPlus was built to work the other way around: assess the roof honestly, build it properly, and stay in touch until the job’s finished, not until the deposit clears.

Attic Plus was founded in 2018 by Terry Matthews with a simple belief: homeowners deserved a better experience when transforming the unused space above them.
After years working within the attic industry, Terry saw an opportunity to do things differently, combining quality workmanship, honest advice, clear communication and genuine attention to detail.
That philosophy still drives Attic Plus today and has helped us become one of Sydney’s trusted names in attic conversions and storage.

We assess before we promise
Every quote starts in your roof, not on a price list. We check head height, trusses, ducting, wiring and access, then tell you what’s realistic, including when the honest answer is “not that, but this would work.”

The person who quotes your job talks to the person who builds it. No handover gap, no explaining your project twice, no chasing someone who’s already moved on to the next sale.

You'll know what's happening
Confirmed dates, a heads-up when something shifts, and a name and number for the person responsible for your job. Most of the feedback we get isn’t about the flooring. It’s about knowing where things stand.

Licensed, insured, engineered where it matters
NSW builder’s licence, public liability, workers’ compensation and HBCF eligibility. Where the structure needs it, we bring in an engineer. Attic flooring should never be boards laid across ceiling joists that were never designed to hold weight.

We leave your home the way we found it
Drop sheets down, vacuums running, tidy at the end of every day. And if something isn’t right after we’ve gone, we come back and sort it.

AtticPlus have all relevant insurances including public liability and worker’s compensation. We also have full HBCF (formerly called Home Warranty Insurance) eligibility.
Where we work
Our teams cover Greater Sydney, including the older inner-west and eastern suburbs homes where roof space is often the only space left, plus the Central Coast, where we’re focused on attic flooring, ladders and skylights.
