Basic and Dust Proof rooms are accessed via one of our excellent attic ladders. We can work with you to find the best location for your home as well as the ladder that best suits your needs and budget. The right ladder for you will depend on the height of your ceiling and how often you wish to use the space.
Our Attic Rooms can be accessed by a fixed staircase if you have the room. Alternatively, these can still be accessed via an attic ladder (a fully electric attic ladder is also another option!).
Costs can vary depending on the space you wish to utilise in your attic, along with the purpose (for example, just to throw some boxes up into the space or have a kids videogame room). Most of our rooms are costed on a transparent square metre pricing structure so there are no hidden costs. A truss roof attracts a slightly higher rate, but we will advise of this right from the start.
Typically a ladder and 10m2 of basic flooring starts from as little as $2,499 + GST. Attic Rooms are a little more bespoke and are quoted on a project-by-project basis.
